Private Yoga

one-on-one support for your practice

Private Yoga

one-on-one support for your practice

After over a decade of punishing my body -- running marathons, working 80 hour weeks, disordered eating, training as a boxer, traveling nonstop -- my body finally gave in. I was emaciated, exhausted, and in desperate need of healing. That is when I found yoga.

When I realized how much yoga could unlock my body, mind, and spirit, I spent three years training to become a yoga teacher (RYT 500) and energy worker (with specialities in biodynamic craniosacral therapy, reiki, and thai yoga). However, the most important thing I learned was how to listen to my own body. Learning to trust my intuition, to hear what my body was craving, and how to craft those cravings into my own practice -- that is when the healing truly began.

I specialize in working with:

> adults with chronic pain
> children with Autism and Tourette's (learn more about how yoga helps children with autism here)
> adults who are blind
> teenagers with severe anxiety and depression
> young adults with spina bifida

Working together one-on-one, I will teach you how to craft an evolving personal yoga practice. No matter what your needs or perceived limitations are, I look forward to meeting you where you are and helping you reach your goals for health and well-being.
