A Thai Yoga session will help release the physical and energetic blocks that have been holding you back and strengthen you so that you can take active control of your life.

Thai Yoga is a unique healing system, also called Nuad Boran, in which the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.

Thai Yoga is performed on a mat on the floor. Both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility.

Helping you slow down and attune to what your body is telling you is my top priority as a Thai Yoga practitioner. I combine Traditional Thai Yoga and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy relax your body and mind and allow your body to integrate any physical or emotional traumas you have experienced so that you can live with more ease and well-being. When we allow the body to process and integrate our past experiences, we can go out into the world with more confidence and awareness of what we need to do to be our best selves.
