Our bodies tell us the truth when we stop to listen. Helping you slow down and attune to what your body is telling you is my top priority as a practitioner. I combine thai yoga, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and reiki to assist you in learning how to relax your body and mind, connect to your body's wisdom, and allow your body to integrate any traumas you have experienced so that you can live with more ease and well-being. When we allow the body to process and integrate our past experiences, we can go out into the world with more confidence and awareness of what we need to do to be our best selves.

Thai Yoga is an ancient healing system that combines Indian Ayurvedic medicine, Chinese acupressure, and assisted yoga postures. This active process opens joints, stretches muscles and tendons, tones internal organs, relieves chronic pain, and balances the entire body.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on technique. The practitioner's hands are lightly placed on the head, shoulders, and feet to release trauma in the nervous system and to teach the cerebrospinal fluid how to find equilibrium. This technique has proven to be one of the best for alleviating PTSD.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique in which the practitioner, with or without touching the client, activates the natural healing processes of the body and restores physical and emotional well-being. This technique is especially effective for survivors of trauma who struggle with touch.
I went to Catherine for some simple relief. I was suffering through a ‘frozen shoulder’ that was causing me discomfort and limiting my ability to move throughout life. I had seen two people about it, not including my doctor. One of those people was a professional sports medicine person who had been working with me for a few months. We were making progress, but it was very slow.
