As a multifaceted artist and very-recently-chilled-out yogini, I've been blending animal medicine cards and yoga therapy techniques to heal my anxiety and disordered eating.

These practices have completely changed my life. As a Type A over-achiever, I spent so much of my life running myself into the ground -- doing everything for everyone else, always striving to do more, to be better -- until I was emaciated and exhausted.

When my longterm relationship and my career began to crumble at the same time, I knew I had to make a change. I had to find a way to rest. I had to figure out who I was -- even though being alone or being still terrified me.

And then I found a stack of animal medicine cards.

I've started documenting and codifying the practices that helped me find my voice and heal my relationship with my body. I am creating a clear system that's easy to reference so that you can apply them too!
